Letter of Consent (LOC)/Pre approved Letter of Consent (LOC):

Letter of Consent from Family Permit Holder (LOC)

Individuals holding family permits who wish to conduct business in Singapore can apply for a Letter of Consent (LOC). The validity period of the consent form is one year from the date of issuance or until the expiration date of the family permit, whichever is shorter. The renewal period is based on the expiration date of the family permit.

Consent Form for Long Term Visitor Visa (LTVP) or Long Term Visitor Visa Plus (LTVP+) Holders

The consent form also applies to spouses or unmarried children (under 21 years old) of Singapore citizens or Singapore permanent residents who hold a Long Term Visitor Visa (LTVP)/Long Term Visitor Visa Plus (LTVP+). To apply for this visa, the applicant needs to obtain a job opportunity from their Singaporean employer. The validity period of this pass is until the expiration date of LTVP/LTVP+or the date specified by the employer in the consent application.

LTVP/LTVP+Holder's Consent Form (PLOC)

PLOC is applicable to spouses or unmarried children (under 21 years old) of Singapore citizens or Singapore permanent residents who wish to work in Singapore (they must be LTVP/LTVP+holders). The validity period of this pass is until the expiration date of LTVP/LTVP+.
